Lazy H Retreats was initially founded in 2020 as the management division of a portfolio of vacation rentals that were owned and operated by the founders, Scriven and Marilyn Hoefs, along with a few investment partners. In 2021, we were wrapping up our second year of operation, which at that time consisted of 7 owned properties in 4 markets and we decided to share our hard-earned skill set with fellow vacation rental owners! We began taking on clients based on gaps we identified in the market-place. Lazy H Retreats is founded upon the concept of a boutique, hands on property manager feel while staying at the forefront of available technology to maximize visibility and occupancy.
We work with the best local talent, yet internally audit and report to maintain consistent quality for the guests and asset integrity for the owner.
We constantly monitor online metrics as well as owner/ guest deliverables to remain dynamic and superior and push ourselves to improve as we grow.
