Letting Agents

We build in damage protection for every booking that covers a minimum of $1500 in accidental damages.

As an extra layer of protection we require a security deposit of $300 to help cover things that may not be included in the damage protection plan.

We vet every guest before approving their stay by looking at previous host reviews, having a minimum age requirement, and requiring all guest identities to be verified before approving their stay.

We also over communicate our house rules and send out rental agreements to be signed and archived before each check in.
