ON THE GUADALUPE RIVER! 2 Pools, 4 Hot tubs! Pool in the park is heated in winter months. Huge park with large trees, great view from the balcony. Complex is down the street from Schlitterbahn, and just minutes from downtown New Braunfels or historic Gruene. Nestled on a quiet part of the river, and right by where the Comal and Guadalupe merge to make either river convenient! Hosts have lived in this area for 15 years and provided amazing insight and recommendations!

2 bed, 2 bath, 1 king, 1 queen, 1 sofa pull out sleeper and air mattress. We keep the unit stocked with coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and have the essentials: Iron, hair dryer, first aid, fire extinguisher. Unit on second floor and is not far from the elevator! We will make sure you have access to our best recommendations for things to do, where to go, bars, restaurants, etc
