Master Bedroom: Brand new comfy king size bed with a private ensuite bathroom, high quality linens, and a Roku enabled smart tv to stream all your favorites!
Second Bedroom: Queen bed includes a clothing storage, large closet, and Roku TV for streaming.
Bunk Room: The bunk room has 2 full size beds on the bottom and two twins on top, lots of kids toys and games.
Apartment: Completely redone space, includes a queen bed and a bunk bed with 2 twins, a small kitchenette complete with coffee bar, and a private bathroom with a shower!
Patio/Outdoor: There is a large enclosed porch with ample seating for everyone, the screened in area makes this the perfect place to relax in the evenings! There is a gas grill, fire pit with more comfy seating, and wrap around decks to enjoy the view of the lake and big Texas skies! The icing on the cake is the large beautifully landscaped courtyard between the main house and apartment!
Parking: There is plenty of parking for 3 to 4 vehicles as well as a boat and trailer in the 2 parking areas, open the gates to back your boat into the courtyard with ease!
