The main suite upstairs boasts a king bed and an additional porch to overlook the Smoky Mountain foothills.

The still and quiet of wears valley, while still close enough for a quick drive to town. The room to roam and view for miles to one side, while still nestled up to the Beautiful Smoky Mountain National park.
The whole cabin is yours, and it is a rare find to have a spacious lawn so enjoy!

The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. There are only four cabins and one house on this street and each one has tons of space! The street is at the foothills of the Smoky Mountains National park while also overlooking the beautiful Wears Valley. This gives you 2 beautiful and different views from one location.
The location is great because you are 12 min from downtown pigeon forge and just 2.5 miles to the back entrance of the smoky mountains national park, which is also the back route to Gatlinburg to give you a second scenic option coming to or from Gatlinburg. (For the back way to the park and Gatlinburg leave the neighborhood, then go left on wears valley road, and left on line springs road. This takes you directly through the park.
Plenty of parking and the roads are generally easy to get up and down (unless a freeze shuts down the whole county, which can happen occasionally).

The centerpiece of the living room is a billiard table, perfect for leisurely games and entertainment. Adjacent to the billiard table is a comfortable foldout couch with a mattress, offering additional seating and sleeping options.

Each of the three full bathrooms in this cabin is equipped with a toilet and a shower. These bathrooms provide all the essential amenities needed for a comfortable and refreshing bathing experience.

PARKING:
★The cabin has a driveway that can easily fit 2 cars and there is plenty of street parking as well. There is also room to park an RV if needed. If there is heavy snow or ice, it can make it difficult to get up the final hill coming into the neighborhood. This is very rare and requires a lot of ice on the roads.
A starter supply of all paper goods and household necessities is provided, including:

Features Description
- Access: The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. A unique door code will be sent to you a couple of days before check-in, no need to meet anyone for keys.
- Age: All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents.
- Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.
- Trash: There are bins on the front porch to keep your trash. Please make sure all of your trash is in bagsand you keep the lids closed as they are meant to keep wildlife away from trash.
- Pets: Please note if pets are not previously approved before check-in, a charge of $400 per pet will be charged to unauthorized pets.
- Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. We charge $25 per hour for all requests for early check-in & late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkouts. Please message us for more details.
- Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

- Smoking, of any kind, is strictly forbidden on the entire property- inside & outside.
- We will email you a Rental Release Agreement after booking. This agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. Reservations may be canceled if the agreement is not signed. This correspondence will occur through our Channel Manager Hostfully.
- A Security Deposit, of $300, must be paid prior to check-in and are refunded within 7 days of check-out, provided there are no damages to the property. Security deposit & rental agreement will be sent after the booking is confirmed.
- We can host a maximum of 10 guests (including all adults, children & infants)- for safety (fire & insurance) reasons, we cannot hold any additional guests.
- All amenities including outdoor furniture, wifi, etc are fully inspected prior to every check-in, however, we cannot guarantee their working condition during stays.
- We look forward to hosting all our upcoming guests. Our cleaning team is going above and beyond to provide top-notch services, giving special attention to high-touch areas, using commercial grade anti-microbial agents, and having bed sheets and bath towels professionally laundered between each guest stay. However, no guarantee will be made that our properties are “completely sterile” or “COVID-free”, just as no other business can reasonably make that claim. Guests are advised to travel and stay with us at their own discretion.
- We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds on cancellations outside of Airbnb’s extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is inexpensive and a great way to protect your funds in the event of an unforeseeable cancellation. We understand that last-minute cancellations for guests who choose to not purchase travel insurance can be a burden, however, we are required to uphold our owners’ cancellation policies in order to protect their only sources of income and keep their properties in the business. Please book responsibly and we appreciate your understanding.
